It looks like a 993 RS non-airbag wheel. Check out www.carnewal.com to see current prices (250 euro new, about $315).

yep, 993RS. I have one on my car. Don't know what they are worth used. I've never seen a used on for sale. I don't think they are available in the states any longer new so I'd guess $200-250ish used in mint condition.
