911 SC Cylinders

I have disassembled my 79 911 SC engine. The Alusil cylinders have the following markings at the base of the cylinder:
885/1A+
885/2A+
885/1B+
885/2B+
These markings indicate the size group and the height group. Which markings are for which?

I plan to have the cylinders coated so I can use J&E pistons. Can these cylinders be bored to 98mm and then recoated, or will that make the walls too thin and lead to distortion? Thanks for your help.
