RSR question
 

what did a real RSR use for the cover under the rack and pinion ?? The pc that is under mine mine weighs in at 5 lbs !! (well not no more...delete).

I think the cover was fiber glass. Could be wrong though, I often am.

I did a comprehensive search on Gunnar Racing's web page.... you know, Kevin Jennette and the guys who restore incredible old Porsches including RS, RSR's and the plastic cars....

...couldn't find a thing...maybe you can search there too, to see if I missed something...

Thanks all, did not know such a place existed or would check myself (will)..Gunnar racing?? here I go...if all else fails I can make one-out- of alum or plastic, will not keep that 5 lb thing there !!
