What's this part, and do I have a tranny leak?
What's this part in the first photo? Can't find it in Bentley...
 In the second photo, do I have a tranny leak? The liquid seems fresh.

Err, is a leaking axle gasket a serious problem? Or is it a "get to it when you have a chance" kind of thing?
