Took the 993 out for a drive..
Finally took the 993 out for a drive on the same road I used to drive the '86 911 on. My old '86 had a Weltmeister suspension upgrade and no power steering. The newer 993 feels a little mushy/soft and I think it feels more rolly polly.
Other than that, I noticed the 993 has a bit of a sticky clutch pedal at times. I've already found some advice for how to fix that, so I'm not too concerned by it. Anyways, without further ado, pics.  The old one (I still miss it),  The new one, (getting used to it),

Pretty. If the shocks are original, they are shot. Update the suspension and ride height and I bet that solid feeling will come back.
