Oil breather hoses

Can I change the two oil breather hoses with out an engine drop ? this is in my 85 3.2 .

I removed mine for the purpose of dropping the engine. It is far easier to work with them if your Air Filter Box and MAF are off the top. It also helps to have a mirror so you can see the hose clamps and where to place your screwdriver (for the hose connections in the rear of the engine).
