Bearing question quick! Pls help!

Quickie - I have the hub on now: Fill the cavity between the inner and outer front wheel bearing swith grease or leave empty. What about th dust cover? Fill or just 10g?

Cavity empty; did that once and the hub had a hard time turning. Imagine when the grease heats up and expands!! Put a small lip of grease on the edge of the cap to supply fresh grease to the smaller bearing.

Okay, that's what I thought, thanks. I did put a heathy bit between the inner seal and the inner bearing as Bentley states. I feel better now. On it goes!

All bolted up. Tighened the nut until I could barely wiggle the washer with a screwdriver. Can one tell when driving if it is too tight or too loose before a new bearing is ruined?
