Does anyone make this?

I'm pretty sure I'll never be able to find the front bumper/valance, but perhaps one of you knows a source. If it's offered for a narrow-bodied 3.2, so much the better.

If not, is there anything similar that slopes downward and matches the hood profile?

Thanks.

Chris

AHHHHH, forgot picture! What an idiot!

That is nice. I also like the replacement cover on the rear side windows.

No, but the translation on the rt rear wing of the Pink Pig is 'penis'

Can't make fun of that car...it might be pink, but it's got a big schwanz....

I spoke with the owner of GT Racing the other day about that piece... Per his request, I forwarded a copy of the photo. He expressed some interest in perhaps adding it to their line. I'll have to keep my fingers crossed.

FWIW, I am constantly surprised when I speak with these business owners. By and large, they are always on the lookout for a suggestion that will help them better serve their customers.

Chris

P.S. Can't believe I didn't notice the size of the schwanz on that pig...

Who makes those side mirrors?

Quicksilver 05-14-2006 03:37 AM

What you are looking at is fairly early 934. Look for 934 or 935 air dams and you might find something close. Most likely it will be wide body but that would be fairly easy to trim and splice narrow body skin on the sides. It might also have headlights to the outside of the brake ducting. That would be easy to cover with a flat sheet of glass.

Seeing that GT didn't have it I would try AIR or Best Bodies. Maybe even Rennspeed.

As far as the mirrors. I suspect that Martini used "something that worked". I don't remember seeing those mirrors on anything else. (Actually I didn't remember them on the Martini 934 either...)

It was a single purpose built piece for that car only. It was built on a 73 tub with a 2.1 ltr eng. The whole car is one of a kind. Jay Moore, ex factory tour guide.

I just looked at that pic again, the heck with the cars, that floor is COOL!
