Talking New to this forum

Hi all. Ever since I purchased my '79 SC almost two yrs. ago, I have been a fan of this forum and I would read various forums from to to time. But, two months ago, we subscribed to high speed internet and now I'm reading threads every day! As a result, I no longer want to remain anonymos and I want to be part of this amazing community. I am a Porsche fanatic just like all of you.

This is me standing next my SC in beautiful Bodega Bay, CA

Thanks Marv. I don't know what happened. The JPEG file is only 501kb. That's half of a megabyte isn't it?

Try resizing it, 800x600 maybe. I should work if its that small.

Welcome !

That is a fabulous color and the scenery is spectacular !

As you likely have found out already - if you can´t find it on this forum of passion - its not worth your time looking elsewhere.

Happy Porscheing !!

Nice car, nice color, and nice scenery! Get some euro H4s, and you'll really be stylin'.
Are you a sniper by trade?
Greetings from the opposite coast.

Thank you very much. The H4 headlight upgrade is on my to-do list, but adding an external oil cooler takes the hole shot. The trombone just doesn't cut in in 90 + degree weather. As for the "Snipernick" name I use, it's a nickname I started using back when I was into paint ball. However, instead of the killing people with a rifle reference, I like to think of Snipernick as a precise and methodical approach to things. Porsches are precise and straight to the point.

great ride, nick..welcome to the forum!

in the future, use the 'preview reply' function if you're going to try and post a pic..it'll show you instantly whether the file's too large.

That's correct, RDR911. The color is Chiffon. Just a fancy schmancy way of saying cream.
