Gibbs Brand?

There has been a lot of discussion on this forum about ways to preserve polished magnesium, with the general consensus that it can't be done. I stumbled upon the link below that discusses a treatment for magnesium that is supposed to inhibit oxidation. Has anyone ever heard of, or tried, Gibbs Brand? I wonder if it will preserve a polished magnesium fan.

Just ordered a two-pack from this place after reading the same link. I want to protect cleaned metal parts that have lost some of their yellow-zinc plating. I'll post results after some use.
