Where to get fuel filter for 73 911 E

I believe the fuel filter for a 73 911 E is no longer available. Anyone know what one should do if it needs replacement?

Thanks

Aren't they all the same for the MFI? Pelican has them:

Fuel Filter (Bosch 0 450 905 002), For Cars With MFI Systems, 911 (1969-73), Each
Brand: OEM [Photo]
