Beautiful
Do you think that is factory or resostored??? I ask because on the undercarriage it looks black then a few inches up it goes to body color. I am cleaning up my undercarriage on my "S" and am thinking of having the complete tub bottom, wheel housing ect... all color coded with the body color. Would this have a pretty original look??? |
Most likely restored. On my RS the oil lines were not painted.

Ughhh... a Fram oil filter? ...prolly one of he worst you can fit to our cars, if you dig into the details....

Was this the Concours at the Rose Bowl yesterday?
|
That is definately at the Rose Bowl, looks like course two Brookside hole number 10 or course one hole number 13. Anyways I wanted to go to this show, supposedly lots of ferraris, a friend of mine was showing his shelby mustang one of two cars built by shelby with steel sidebodies in red, pretty neat car.
Thirty bucks to get in was a bit steep so I went to work and watched ALMS and champ car and got paid. Looks like it must've been a good time and good thing it didnt rain. |

is that a Fram or is it the NLA rare German orange filters that people keep and spin on just for a concours?

#232 is Mark Powell's old car. It was restored both by Jim Newton and Chris O'Donnel. One of the cleanest '73 RS in existence - former Mahnhattan trophy winner.
