automatic heater control.... my boneheaded mistake
So I go to change the bulb inside my center console heater control...of course, while it's opened up (and still plugged in) I wanted to ensure all was working.... Well, I shorted it out as it was resting on the handbrake!
Anyone have schematics on the internal workings of this bad boy? It's the one with the 9 positions (not the 3 position one). I would hate to have to purchase a replacement, especially if it's just a resistor of chip... Thoughts... schematics... troubleshooting advice? The servo just doesn't turn anymore... but it lights up real good when I turn the lights on!! LOL I know.. I know... unplug the battery next time.. |
There are about a dozen threads on this topic...look for "auto heat" ....or "automatic heat"....maybe with "problems" too...as key words

i meant the electrical diagram of the imprinted circuit board as well as the servo motor itself.. Haven't anything like it on this board.
