Securing Brake Ducts
Both of my brake ducts came loose after 3-4 days at the track, costing me a bunch of track time. They pulled off from the hub backing plate where they were secured by ty-wraps. The plate is 2 1/2", but the hose is 3". Is there a better or easier way? It's very tight to get anything around those plates.
TIA, John

I've had good luck with hose clamps. Craig

John--you should be able to find 2 1/2" hose that fits that size backing plate perfectly. I use radiator hose clamps to secure the hose to the backing plate. Seems to work pretty well.
