Manual Antenna - Which?
Need to replace the manual antenna...
Bought a Hirschman # 770B but with the double wall at the driver's side fender the top of the antenna with the threads etc. won't extend far enough up to permit engaging the mounting nut. Pelican sells a cheap-o manual: apparently it's also a Hirschmann, but pelican only shows a Porsche p/n # 911-645-301-04 ($ 18.25). It looks the same as the new one I have... So - anyone have any experience with this silly mundane manual crappo antenna problem? What make and model antenna worked for you? Was the 'inside' fender wall hole enlarged for the 'underneath' top head of the antenna? Thanks! Jim

I just replaced my power antenna with the manual 911-645-301-04-M50 you mentioned. It worked great on my Carrera.
