Pelican Parts Forums - Kokeln Intercooler installation problems

Hey guys I installed my kokeln intercooler myself and all I have to say is the instructions to do this are HORRIBLE. Anyways installed the IC where everything should be, the only thing I didnt know what went to what was the line from the blow off valve. I teed the line from box the distributor and throttle body. Seals looked ok. I couldnt get the black seal to go around the throttle body (not sure if thats needed?) Heres what I dont get, the lines coming from the intake manifold that went to the Auxially air valve, there is no vaccume line to go into the intercooler. Do I just leave this lines unconnected? I left the top line unconnected and put a rubber plug on the bottom and started the car. Car idled like crap and when I hit the gas it didnt seem responsive. So I drive the car up the road and it felt weird, the boost didnt really come on. After about 1/4 of a mile of driving the car started to boggle and it finally died. I tried starting it over and over but nothing happened. I had my friend jump start me and it started but wouldnt idle. I got it back home and now its parked. Heres what worries me, the rubber plug I put on the bottom of the line coming from the intake wasn't there, does the air blow out or suck in there? Im afraid it sucked the plug inside. Im just really confused and pissed off after spend 2k on a intercooler and getting horrible directions and now this. If anyone has any insight please, please let me know. It seems like every other week something goes wrong. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

anyone know where to get the orings at? I wonder if the local parts store has them. I want to replace them just incase.
