Need help locating last owner of this car.......
 

I found 911T in really good shape, minus the cobwebs, dust and dirt but all in all a rust free tub with almost all trim and interior. I dont know if it runs but this is what I'm looking for to restore. I cannot make out the VIN and the doors are locked. I have the tag, the last time the plate was due was in Nov of 1985 in Florida as this is where the car is. Does anyone know of a way to search by tag or is it only VIN?
