Pressure Plate bolts,,,too long?

I am replacing my rubber center clutch with a spring center disc on my 87 G50. In process of installing the pressure plate I am running into a problem where the pressure plate bolts are going all the way through the flywheel and bottoming out on parts of the motor.

I am using the same internal wrenching bolts that came out with no washers.

I did have the flywheel resurfaced at a reputable maching shop.

Am I doing something wrong? Do I need a shorter bolt or can I add washer(s)?

And yes, the clutch disc is installed. I just knew someone would ask that.

NEVERMIND!!!!

How about a starter ring gear? It really helped when i put the ring gear on.

Now excuse me while I go kick myself in the ass for being stupid.

I'm just glad I caught it before someone replied.
