Replacement steering wheel for '68 911/912
Hi folks-
I have a '68 912 with the original 16" steering wheel. While it looks great, I'd like to replace it with something about 14". I had a Grant on my 944, but they don't carry the hub for the 912. I know that MOMO carries them (with the additional $$$ attached) and saw that Dino had a few that fit the 912 with the appropriate hub. Anyone out there have experience with replacing the original steering wheel? I'd appreciate any help/suggestions. BTW, I only use the 912 as my weekend car for long country rides (no racing plans, at least not yet). So, hopefully that helps with the suggestion process. Thanks!
