San Gabriel Mountains in the Spring Time
I just had to post a pick of my wider, lower, lighter, meaner 3.2 Carrera even though it is still in transition (front wheel finish, Interior redo, & duck paint).
I had a spirited drive in the San Gabriel Mountains early this morning through Azusa Canyon and along the ridge that connects to Mt. Baldy. It was top down bliss! Mike

East Fork it is Kurt. It is the single lane road that ends at Mt. Baldy. There were a lot of people camping this holiday weekend. I only saw 2 other cars and 1 sport bike at 7:00 a.m.--nice
The windy road after East Fork turn off is probably the most low speed fun I have ever had. One gets major G loads at really low speeds. It really reminds me of my Kart driving days at Adams Track. Mike |

It looks like you had a nice drive. I've done that one a few times in my Chevy Tahoe 4X4. Not quite as much fun.
You are still planning to make the Big Bear run, right? |
