Only got a day to play this weekend, but did manage to get the windows and carpet out. High dollar seals were dried out, gonna hurt to replace them....

Small hole in the door sill, will take a quick patch. Don't see any other corrosion further into the rockers, but we'll check it out.

Door sill patch, lead?

Yeah, I think the factory used lead to seal the small rectangles on the door sills. I'll probably take the other 3 out and seal them with something else.
