from a 965 3.6 turbo I believe...
You'd need spacers.

Yes, they're Speedlines. SlantnoseSD, check out the website for Wheel Enhancement, their are dozens if not hundreds of wheels pictured. Their prices are sky high, but at least you can see an assortment.
I'm gonna keep on telling you your Fuchs are awesome as is or you could have any sort of refinish done on them. 16x9's on a Slantnose are classic.

I know the Fuch's are classic but I have to be honest, i never have liked them. I always thoguht they looked cheap and never really cared for them. I thoght they would grow on me after I bought the car but they haven't so I'm looking for something new.

Oh oh! Fighting words!![]() To each his own. There are a lot of guys here that think anything other than Fuchs or other original Porsche wheels "look cheap". Personally, I haven't been a fan of black Fuchs but they are definitely growing on me. Good luck in your search. Post "After" pictures,

Of course I'll post after pics. My main hold up right now is finding someone who wants my wheels. I was going to do a trade with someone so my car wouldn't be sitting on bricks while I locate new wheels but it might just have to go that route.

FYI the wheels in your picture are *not* Speedlines. They are copies.

The shape of the spokes is all wrong, the lug holes are wrong.

I've been looking for the same 3.6 wheels in 17". Check out RH wheels, available in 18", which in my opinion are too large for a 930 bodied car.

I"m curious too about those 17" wheels too, given that they were on my car when I bought it.
Still thinking about a 16" Fuchs conversion.

+1 on the RH AG Cup as a quality replica. Possibly what is on the car in the first pic?

What wheels are available that are forged, as are the Fuchs, and as light weight as the Fuchs? I know that some afterarket have forged rims & cast centers (or do I have that backwards?).
I personally couldn't bring myself to put heavier wheels than the Fuchs on my SC no matter how much better I liked their looks, because I know it would adversely affect the feel & handling of the car. Feel & handling are why I love the car. Are there as light or lighter weight alternatives available that aren't astronomically expensive? To each their own - just my 2 cents. The Fuchs grew on me the more I learned about them. This old photo, which I probably got on this board, clinched it for me!

Fuchs are awesome - however for my speedster the turbo 3.6 wheel was the way to go. The split rim bolts have a tendency to corrode on the originals - I went with Eta Beta replica for three reasons - price, not to worry about the bolts and my girlfriend tendency to "hug" the curbs...
