84 Euro cab - help on price, please

I'm considering selling my GP white Euro cab to my brother. I think the car is exceptional and here's why.

57,000 miles, complete ownership history (four owners) and records from day one, clean Carfax, professionally imported and federalized in 84 w/DOT, EPA, BAR certs; titled, smogged and insured in California since 1984; cosmetically near-perfect. The only observable imperfection on the entire car is a slightly edge-pringled leather dash (but I have a replacement from another 84 cab). The original canvas top looks like new. No issues mechanically. Runs like you expect a Carrera to run. Last compression test perfect, no smoke ever on start-up, 915 transmission smooth as can be. Tires are old. Power window switches are balky. Those are the only things that need attention (at least that I know about). Brakes new, recent valve adjust and tune-up. Car is 100%original and looks like an obviously well-maintained, low-mileage car. My PPI results three years ago were first-rate.

I want to be fair, but don't want to regret undervaluing it (as I've done in the past with Porsches).

I'm thinking of asking $18.5k.

Prvided everything above bears out in a PPI, is this about right? Too high, too low? Please, any thoughts welcome.

Thanks.

I think that is a very fair price.

For such a fine example with low miles that price is on the low end. Having said that, you are selling it to a family member. On the open market in SoCal, I would say that car should be priced closer to 25K, but for that price I would also put on new tires and fix the window switch.
