Problem with dash sensor display..HELP!
 

I have a 1989 C4 which is a great machine, but has the nasty (recent) habit of periodically displaying ALL warning lights, suggesting all sytems are in peril, yet the car runs just fine while all this is going on.
I took it to my local Pro, who is reluctant around electrical problems, and he describes it as "over his head".
If there are any imressions out there as to what the problem...or cure...might be, I am all ears.
