Rubber seal gluing advise, please.
I'm trying to resurrect a front window vent seal ($57 new). The rubber has a couple of breaks (on corners) but is otherwise OK. I've tried everything from super glue to Goop Automotive & nothing works. I'll be in & out during the day, but would appreciate some advise on repairing rubber window seals, if anybody has had any success.
ThanX

I use 3M weather stripping adhesive with great results. Can be found at your auto zone or advanced auto.

Thanks. I'll try the 3M first & if that doesn't work, I'll look for the cyanoacrylate glue. Never have seen it around here before.

What Super Dave said. Careful, don't get it on your fingers - very sticky. You might want to clean the surfaces with denatured alcohol first.
