heavy duty wax
do any of you know what would be good for waxing the bottom of my soon to be freshly painted shell? i had the car stripped to bare metal and will put stone guard on the bottom and fender wells. the whole shell will be painted body color except the dash. i'm thinking a couple coats of teflon wax to help protect the finish a little. i don't expect the paint on the underside to stay perfect for long but a little protection might not be bad.

IMHO, I'd suggest painting the underneath with an IMRON finish. You can color match pretty close, and it always looks clean & wet. Very tough paint with a nice long service life.
