Hey,

Can someone tell me how to and/or convert this to an avatar that Pelican will accept. Pelican's max avatar size is 50 x 50 pixels. I tried "dumming" the image down in irfanview and got a small file size (770Kb-ish) but the BBS still wouldn't take it AND it was a bit grainy...

I just kept reducing mine until it would fit....don't know what else to tell you.....sorry

I think there is a photo editor lurking in the background at pelican reviewing the photos because I could not get my mug up either, I dont think its just about size?

Looks like that picture is a gif file which are always larger in size.

Here is a smaller version as a jpg. Right click & save as . . . Then upload it.

I reduced it for you to 50x50, it was 80 x 80. right click and save pic as.

I have it saved. I'll switch sometime, but I'm going to leave it as McQueen for a while.
