Door lock part identification

on my passenger door, a little plastic part broke (old age), it screws on to the end of a Rod with a round tip that snaps on to another linkage part.

I can unlock the door with key, but cant lock it again with the key. the electric lock wont lock it or unlock it at all.

What is this part...I'd better get 2 of them.

bump

Kind of reminds me of a plastic tierod end about 3/8 inch wide.

If it is white plastic it is probably the connector. If there is any way you could post a pic it will probably be the only way to id it.

I have the same problem. I contacted LA dismantler and they will send one for $10. Hope this helps.

Try this link. In it, I provide the part number to the new updated 964 part: http://forums.pelicanparts.com/porsche-911-technical-forum/274245-electronic-door-locks-not-working.html?highlight=rsrfan
