head lights price?

I found this headlights I think they are a copy of an H4. they use the h4 bulb . the guy wants to sell them for $40 a set of two including the bulbs. I tought it would be a good replacement for the sealed beams they are made out of crystal and the back looks to be ceramic just like the H4's. What do you guys think?

for 40 bucks why not???? I have wasted much more then that before. Before I switched to euro h4s I upgraded to those and they worked good just was not happy with the look and had to go the euro's
