Clutch bleeding?

I have a 95 993 Carrera 4 and I, occasionally, have the hanging clutch pedal problem that I've been reading about. I've already inspected the pedal area and there aren't any leaks, but while I was there I lubricated the mechanism with lithium oil. Unfortunately, that didn't solve the problem with the pedal. What I've seen on the board indicates that the reservoir for the clutch is actually the brake fluid reservoir.
In the fall, I had all 4 brake disks replaced and had new pads and fluid put in. My question is would the brake system be effectively bled if the clutch slave cylinder was not also bled at that time? Secondly, I think the Pelican Tech Article was for a 993 C2, there were some rumblings that the C4 bleeding procedure might be different, is it or can I do like the article says?
