Need help with oil tank identification

The oil tank on my barn find 911 restoration has two additional ports (behind 34,33 in the picture) to connect oil lines. I'd be most grateful for your help to:
1. Identify the origin of the tank (which model had it installed)
2. What gets connected to the two ports.
These have been pinched shut and soldered closed on my tank.
Thank you in advance for your time!

Thanks pors1968-would one be oil inlet, other oil outlet? ..... And how did Sportomatic box use oil?
Can I use these for turbo oil supply?
Thanks!
