In case somebody is interested, Megasquirt settings for 2.4T are here
Got my car finally working allright with these settings, I take no responsibility of those, but on my car it works like a charm. Starts ok, idles ok, accelerates ok etc..

Ah, and the injectors are 17lbs/h, so if yours are different, you will need to change the required fuel amount.
