Value of 3.2 engine and 915 trans?

I'm wondering what the estimated value is of an '84 3.2 engine and 915 transmission. Here are the specs:

-157k miles
-compression test 150, 150, 145, 150, 155, 150
-leakdown test 2.5, 2.5, 4, 3.5, 2.5, 3
-no history of top end rebuild
-runs very well (still in car)
-clutch is toast

Edit: I was off on the mileage slightly

$5K for the engine, $1000 for the tranny.

does the DME wiring come with it?

if so, I'd bump up the price to $5500

I've sold 2 3.2s in the last year.

One had 245K on it, ran strong, burned enough oil that I sold it as a core: muffler to intake to decent clutch (essentially a dropped motor), $3800 shipped to West Coast ($300). Scott opened it up and found a virtually pristine engine and then rebuilt it to some turbo madness thing.

Second had 105K on it. DME, wiring and coil and goodies included SteveW chip, test pipe, M&K muffler and brand new clutch all for $5500 to a friend who put it in a 73.

Update 6/14:

I've had numerous people that need/want everything needed to bolt the 3.2 into an early car. Here is what they're requesting:

3.2 litre engine
-157k miles
-compression test 150, 150, 145, 150, 155, 150
-leakdown test 2.5, 2.5, 4, 3.5, 2.5, 3
-no history of top end rebuild
-runs very well (still in car)
-clutch is toast
-needs oil pressure sensor
-long history of maintenance since new

915 trans, linkage, shifter
DME brain
DME wiring harness
DME relay and barometric sensor
Tachometer
Speedometer
fuel pump
fuel filter assy
fuel lines from the fuel tank thru the tunnel all the
way to the engine bay
oil cooler with lines

I'm trying to come up with a package price for everything needed for an early car. Here is the link to my FS post selling the engine, trans, dme, and wiring:
FS: Complete 3.2 Very Nice Engine/DME/Wiring $5500

Should I stick with $6k or adjust for the oil system, tach, speedo, and fuel system?

Thanks for the help,
-Scott
