Headlight seal install
OK, here is a stupid question. I replaced my sealed units with the Euro H4's and found that the PO had removed the O rings. I have the new seals but need a picture or direction on how to put them on. They have one smooth side and the other is "channeled" (for lack of a better word). I looked at the tech article and the seal seems narrow. I also did a search and didn't find anything too helpful. Can anyone help me out.

Mike,
This is the headlamp assembly you got, right?  And, this is the seal you got, right? Headlamp to Fender Seal (1974-89), each 911-631-115-02-M260 $3.50 Your description doesn't match my experience with that seal! The ones I have installed are shaped like a capital letter 'L' ... with the longer side/segment going into the groove in the fender.
