Pelican Parts Forums - FOG LIGHTS/ HI BEAM question

ok, the little blue light that comes on when the high beams is activated won't go off- the beams will go from low to high correctly but the light stays illuminated- this, in turn, seems to be the reason the fog lamps will not go on- see, according to the manual, when the hi beams are activated the fog lamps are automatically turned off- so, basically, it's confused- the car thinks the hi beams are on even though they aren't- what should i do to un-confuse the car, get the blue hi beam light out so the fogs will operate as they did always?

*when i got the car back from having the bumper reprayed the alarm didn't work and i had a shop trace it and get it working again which it does perfefly but now this? i hope this is an easy fix- should be right? all other lights, signals, parking lights, low to highs etc are working correctly-

any ideas? thanks all.
