Restoring to the original
Im trying to get my 69 targa that i just picked up back to original. I am having a hard time figuring out what all the original equipment was on it though. Are there any good books, people, websites to look into that would be able to help me figure out what the car came with. I have ordered the COA but that isnt going to answer alot of it. thanks for your help.

You need "Original Porsche 911" by Peter Morgan and "The 911 & 912 Porsche: A Restorer's Guide to Authenticity" by Dr, B. Johnson. With those in hand, anything not covered can be authoritatively addressed by folks at the 911S Registry bulletin board. -Scott
