Procooler AC upgrade

A friend gave me an add from a company called procooler that sells an AC upgrade called by the same name. It's a combination accumulator and recvr/dryer and they claim it lowers vent temps by up to 20 deg f. anyone out there have any experience with them? I tried their 800 number and didn't get an answer. thanks, ernie
