sunroof probs

I have 1971 911 T with a sunroof. The Sunroof closes so slow that is almost stops. Then it hangs up on the roof and I have to push it into place with my hand.
What is involved with replacing the motor for one of these ? I heard they have a transmission for the sunroof too. Any experience with fixing these ?
