Targa Seal (Euro 78SC)

78SC Euro Targa here...

I will likely replace my targa seal from our host - but I'm a bit confused...

Is the seal is one single piece - or do I need to get 3 pieces? Mine is more than bit beat up as you'll see...

Please see picture below - anybody have one?

Tom

Arrow seal

Yeah, it's a one piece seal. The sides are supposed to have a cloth cover but looks like that has worn off yours.
I have replaced this on my car in the past. The install isn't too bad. Just make sure you get all the old glue etc. out of the way.

Yeah. Removing the old seal and glue takes a little bit of time. Make sure to glue the center of the new seal because it has a tendency to want to pull away from the roll bar cover when the top is on, at least on my car.

Someone posted a link to a pdf of a factory targa top adjustment procedure a while ago. I'm pretty sure it talked about seal replacement also. You may want to do a search?
