1974 914 1.8 Fuel Injection Idle

I think I have done most of the basic fuel injection systems checks and replaced a bad throttle postion switch. The car now runs good. I have noticed that the idle is about 1200 rpm when i come to a stop after the car is up to normal operating temp., and will settle at about 900 rpm if I just sit there.
Is there something else I can check, or is this normal ?
