wheel shimmy

I have a shimmy in the front end that causes the steering wheel to shake and shimmy some at about 55-65 mph. I've had the front wheel balanced and roundness checked. I repacked the front bearings, tightened them appropriately, and installed new tierods. Could misalignment cause this problem? Help!

Yes, it coulld be the alignment. You went through exactly what I did with one of my cars. It was very frustrating and it turned out to be the alignment.
