Ordering Trailer Today - Have a Question
I'm getting ready to order a Carson California Car Hauler today. I'm getting the extra wide one (82" between fenders) with 14 foot rails - including a 4 foot dovetail (beavertail).
Is a 14 foot deck (including the 4 foot dovetail) sufficient for a 911? Thanks- Craig Backer |

Definitley. My (new to me) trailer in 14' with a 2' dovetail as well.
The rear wheels of the car are just past the rear wheels of the trailer.

14' wont allow much room for moving the car around, to help with weight distribution. If the wheels are toward the rear this shouldnt be a problem, but something to think about.

my trailer is 16 feet from ball to the rear where the ramps attach. I have an 18 foot race car, yes the car hangs over the rear about two feet and the nose goes up to almost a foot before the trialers front crank. i love my small trailer, anyway the problem with a 911 is they are rear heavy, if the trailer will be for the 911 only ask them to move the axles to compensate the weight(my buddy owns nash car trailers, they do it all the time. or you my have to load the car backwarrds, Kevin
