Project 993 .. part 8
 

Ok, I got my motor! Of course its not in yet! I plan to get it in within the next week. I had to order some special nuts/bolts that were missing when i got the car. I did make some progress on the interior, got all the suspension and brakes done, as well as the fuel tank out and cleaned. Here are some pics,..

I don't see any turbos on that motor .............

Those 02 carrera 18s look so good on 993s. Are those the wheels you will put on it?

I decided to go with a Euro engine instead of the Turbo. This is going to be a street/DE car not a dedicated track monster.

And yes, im going to use the 02 spokes for the street, and the cups for the sticky tires.

Snak, have you got the front of the car all back together?

Maybe I missed it in one of the previous parts 1-7.

Since there's no varioram on that motor, and we all know that Mark is a glutton for horsepower, it's only a matter of time before he unveils the Eaton SC he's probably hiding somewhere in that part-riddled garage of his. Whaddaya say Mark? Fess up.

are you selling the extra pieces and what and how much

Yeah Mike the question though is he gonna keep this car when he gets it done or ship off to the west coast and start another project.:D

I am still bummed that I could not buy that viper green track beast.

I know that it's a lot of extra expense but a regear of the trans will do wonders for that car.;)

Bill, ~when~ i put the TPC Supercharger on, im going to re-gear it.! :D

(have to get it through state inspection first!)
