Fender Liners

Several years ago, someone was making molded plastic fender liners for the front fenders of 911's.

Does anyone know if they are still being made, if they fit, and where they can be purchased?

I'd like to put a pair on the front of my 74

I've kinda wondered about that myself. There are so many components tucked under the fenders (receiver/drier, oil cooler, hoses, emissions cannisters) getting blasted by sand and rocks. Right now I just give the hard oil lines a periodic spray with undercoating to protect them.

When I had a fender off I cleaned it good and used epoxy fiberglass resin, not polyester, to coat the inside. I used extra in the area next to the door where it's easy to see that water gets trapped.

Fender liners should have been the answer...it's only paper thin...like a plastic milk carton jug...and prevent all the efflua from accumulating in the nooks and crannies....Porsche really missed the boat ( here too) again on this one.

It's been posted here before...there is a European company ( Finland?) AFAIK that was mentioned ???
