Finally got my Weidman Fuchs on!

Its been a few weeks, but I finally got time to take a few pics. They are original deep 6's and "Harvey-Built" 7R's mounted on 225/50 on the rear and 205/55 on the front. The wheels are gorgeous and Im not sure the magnesium Americans will ever go back on Thanks Harvey!

Those look great Dave. Can you tell if the car handles different with the new tires and rubber?

Oh man those are stunning. Congratulations. I am particularly impressed by how the 205/55s look on the front - I just bought a set of 4 but have been concerned that they'd look too skinny. They definitely don't.

My 15J6 Fuchs went to Harvey last week, he said 12-16 week wait

How long did yours take?

Wow, that sure looks great, Dave. Are those ES100s on there? Did you get the original anodized finish?

Britt, Harvey takes a 6" wheel plus a doner wheel and makes a replica 7R. These wheels had the extra with inboard so the fit a narrow body.

Thanks guys!
That is the original finish. They took about 16 weeks to get done, but well worth the wait for sure!
Hal, the car handles great. I love the difference in acceleration with the shorter tires combined with the short gears in my box. Makes it feel like a much larger engine =)

Does Harvey have a website? Does anyone know if he makes other Fuch wheels besides the 7Rs? How would I get in contact with him?

Thanks.

T.
