ITB users - what do you do for throttle linkage?
What/how are you guys connecting your Individual Throttle Bodies to each other and to the main throttle linkage mounted in the rear of the engine?
|
TWM 3003 series throttles use weber/PMO linkage and manifolds. Jenvey throttles require a bit more creativity as they are cable driven.
All of the ITB's have cross-linkages and individual bank linkages specific to their architecture and you really only need to worry about the connection point to the main throttle linkage. |
Just to back up what Mike said I have the TWM 3003's on my SC and I was able to use the OEM linkage with a little bit of "tweeking'. It was easy and used OEM parts.

Is the cross bar for Webers the same as the cross bar for MFI?
|
Can someone post a picture of Weber, MFI, and ITB installed linkages?

Thank you !!
That is exactly what I needed to know. It looks like MFI and Webers have different linkage. |
