Impact Fuel Cut-off Switch
Do our Porsches come equipped with a Impact Fuel Pump Cut-off Switch?
I don't ever recall seeing one in my '76 or '85 911's.

Ronin LB,
I never thought about this until I worked on my Son-in-laws' Land Rover Discovery. The connector at that switch was overheated and not conducting current to the fuel pump. It apparently just cuts off with impact. I didn't notice rollover protection unless accompanied by impact. Would seem like a good idea for race cars. BTW, I like your use of EGT, for tuning and monitoring engines. Thanks,

I don't know what's the best unit to buy? I guess track guys would know. Summit is a good place to start investigating.
EGT digital is probably the greatest toy I ever had. Grady posted a few decently priced track units about 1.5yr ago.
