Bigger Sway Bars for '86 911 Turbo ?
OK so maybe its an excuse to spend more money with pelican parts !!
What I need to know is, what size should the stock sway bars on my car, and what would a good size be to put on for Street / Autocrossing, (but not outright track use) I've heard if you put to stiff ones on it can screw up your autocrossing, let alone street use........ Once again thanks in advance, Paul |

Turbos have just about the biggest sway bars you can buy. Try a set of Koni adjustable sport shocks on a four corners and that will help a lot as would replacing the bushings with urethane although they make noises some times. To help with autocrossing have an alignment shop take out as much caster as they can and use about negative 1 1/2 degrees camber. Of course since the car turns much better, the street life of the tires will go down. Good luck.
