What is the part number for this?

I am replacing my pedal cluster and want to order a replacement for the plate that sits on the outside (see diagram). I can not find this part on the Pelican site, and do not know the P/N - anyone able to help me??
Additionally, when I go to fit the replacement part, should there be some type of gasket to stop water etc getting past and into the car? I was thinking I might use some type of instant gasket stuff??

This part number does not come up on a search on Pelican and all the other Porsche parts sites that I know :(
Do I have to make the part myself. The one on my car is really rusted, and I want to replace it whilst I have the cluster our of the car...
Any one breaking a 911 with this part in good condition - I am in need of a replacement.
