Anyone look at a 993 in Phoenix for me?

I'm thinking about a 993 in the Phoenix area, would anyone mind looking at it (if it comes to that)?
I think the actual location is in Mesa but from looking at the map they're all real close.

I would want someone to make sure it's "as represented" before I spent the money on a PPI.
Also,any recommendations on a PPI shop in the area?

a case of beer!!! holy sh%%! your on its damn hot here! you have a couple of choices on the PPI. don jacksons porsche, patrick motorsports, stuttgart motors. the last being the closest in tempe which borders on mesa. e me back and i would be glad to give it a looky see.

Thanks Mark and Chuck. Hoping everything falls into place on this.

I'm wondering if Stuttgart Southwest (480-968-6764) in Tempe is who Chuck ment to suggest? When I called Patrick Motorsports they were getting ready to go racing but suggested Stuttgart Southwest. As it turns out S.Sw. is less than 3 mi. from the selling dealer anyhow.
